I would like the manual on how to overcome trauma and live as your authentic self, because I have a lot of trauma, and I very often feel as though I must pretend for people to like me. I wish I could just be myself and not have the need to be always “on” and seemingly put together and cheerful. I wish I wasn’t such a people pleaser :’3
