Dial A for Aunties by Jesse Q. Sutanto is a great read. My least favorite would probably be Emily Henry’s Happy Place, solely because I couldn’t stand a couple of 8 YEARS not communicating properly. We’re all helpless.

There’s this cheap local chicken outlet near my house that sells homemade fried chicken and I’m telling you… they slap. I’ve made it a habit to buy from them whenever I’m feeling a bit down.

Hey, I’m sorry I saw this late. That’s a nice thing to say, thank you for remembering me despite how rarely I show up here. I hope you’re feeling a lot better now. And if you’re not, that’s okay, too. Just please at least try to find someone to talk about it?
I have a different way to deal with sadness each time, depending on the situation. Last time it happened, I slept beside my mother like a little kid, told her I was sick (not sure she bought it, though). Have you tried rewatching your favorite TV shows with a nice cup of ice cream in hand? I’m basic, so I like vanilla. I’m praying the sky is kind to you wherever you’re looking at it from.
