Hi there, I just wanted to follow up on the previous questions someone asked. I personally don't have any completed fics that are within the required word count, so I was wondering if it's allowed to submit an "except" that has been edited to read as if it is a full, completed fic. As in, so long as the piece I submit reads as a completed fic, it doesn't matter that it's technically longer on ao3?
I'm confident that I can write a 3k fic, it's just that I've never really had a reason to before. Thank you!
