I will accept my feelings at that moment first. Sadness, anger, disappointment, etc. If I feel sad, I might cry all night until my eyes get swollen. After that, I start eating what I want, watching a movie or drama, and then sleeping more or exercising. This will keep repeating until I feel okay.
