I need some advice on how to break the habit of sleeping so so so late. Care to tell?

Oh dear, i hope i can help you but we have the same problem here. But, recently i’ve tried to listen to a jazz song to help me into a deep sleep. 😴

I usually put my phone beside me, playing an apartment hunting video or just random vlog. Then suddenly I'm in dream land?!

Princess! I wish I could give you some helpful advice, but unfortunately, this unnie of yours is still dealing with the same problem as you. But, recently, I’ve been trying out with ways to reduce my coffee intake (even though it was actually quite difficult). And keeping myself active throughout the day, as well as limiting my screen time. To be honest, our smartphone and caffeine the main reasons we can't simply sleep at night earlier. 🥺 Hoping.. we can’t figuring this out.. fighting.. princess..

Watch some asmr videos or videos that are calming, or listen to soft tune music.

Baby, seems like you asking wrong person? Cause I also have the same problem but what I can say is, usually I listen to music or read something to make my eyes feel tired. Even though I'm not sleepy, I sometimes force my eyes to close, it can help me a bit. Maybe you can try it, bb?

I think you can start by setting the target on what time you gonna sleep, you can lay on bed 30 mins before and when 15 mins before turn off all your device and try to sleep, it'll be hard in first few days but hopefully it works
