I've ever felt that many times before and the way I deal with it was took my time away from internet and everyone irl. I'll try to focus on myself more, be it through writing a poems, watch some movies or simply have a good sleep with my cats. To be alone for the time being has always been our right, Ca. Semangat!!
i do— sering malah! karena aku tipe orang yang mudah banget terpengaruh sama mood orang lain (plus aku anaknya kan suka merhatiin sekitar juga). biasanya i took a step back, minimalize my interactions with people, and feel it. kaya... mau nangis boleh, marah boleh. i just let it feel, kadang sampe beberapa hari aku under the weather alias keliatan nggak mood, tapi nanti bakal bounce back lagi. kuncinya : feel it! kalau perlu ditulis atau journaling juga banyak ngebantu.
It’s okay to not be okay sometimes, I often feel that way too, but I’ve only found 1 way to deal with it. That’s by seeking distractions and trying not to dwell on it, even though it’s hard. I also talk to someone I like so that I dont feel overwhelmed anymore… I hope you feel better soon!
