Have you ever felt like overwhelmed with your own feeling..? How yall deal with it? :(

i do— sering malah! karena aku tipe orang yang mudah banget terpengaruh sama mood orang lain (plus aku anaknya kan suka merhatiin sekitar juga). biasanya i took a step back, minimalize my interactions with people, and feel it. kaya... mau nangis boleh, marah boleh. i just let it feel, kadang sampe beberapa hari aku under the weather alias keliatan nggak mood, tapi nanti bakal bounce back lagi. kuncinya : feel it! kalau perlu ditulis atau journaling juga banyak ngebantu.

It’s okay to not be okay sometimes, I often feel that way too, but I’ve only found 1 way to deal with it. That’s by seeking distractions and trying not to dwell on it, even though it’s hard. I also talk to someone I like so that I dont feel overwhelmed anymore… I hope you feel better soon!

There's so many version of coping mechanism by me. Maybe... Just doing anything that would made you happy? For me, I'll go by watching some movies or series, sleep, and could be buying some yummy snacks, I guess. It's spesifically called with me time. Just take any time you want to.

Get rid of those burdensome feelings by feeling happy, hangout, eating or sleeping, you can also watch exciting movies
