Um Catbox does not work for some people since it always goes down sometimes and it probably affected some people's views with it on sites like Rentry But not me though i can see them

if the rentry ur looking at is using catbox and the images arent loading but another rentry ur looking at uses filegarden and the images are loading then yes. its probably a catbox issue. if ur answer is no, then it might be an issue on your side, or the images are just taking a while to load
