Just now learning about your knights. How did they meet and what makes them rivals?
Elethar came to the castle when they were both around 12, and they trained to be knights alongside each other. Elethar immediately usurped Horatio as the Queen’s favourite and they’ve been rivals ever since. I think she plays them against each other on purpose 🤔 I don’t know much about her yet, but I get the feeling she’s got something sinister going on….

Degradation is definitely the main one for them, even if Horatio smarts against it (he wants LOVE!!!!) But he still becomes putty in Elethar’s hand whenever Elethar spits on him or tears him down. Elethar loves to watch him squirm. The dom/sub dynamic is critical.

I've been seeing your funky little guys (centaur and knight) on tumblr so pardon if I missed this but what inspired you to make them? Did they start out different and evolve or did they sprout whole cloth?
Horatio is my beloved DND character ♥️ he came out more or less fully formed. Elethar is an NPC... I knew going in that Horatio was going to have a homoerotic rival (because duh), but my DM surprised me by making him the only centaur in the race (our campaign is inspired by Steel Ball Run haha). Suffice to say my jaw dropped a bit and here we are

i assume this wouldn't be in a comic but any thoughts of what the party is gonna do after the dungeon? Anyone particularly want to (or not want to) stay together? Anyone with feelings?
I actually have plans to sprinkle some of that into future comics :•) I won’t spoil that yet! and I haven’t decided the ending… IF they defeat the Wizard, I’d imagine they’ve all bonded too much to part by then :•) there’s good money in dungeoneering! They could make a big ol polyamorous career out of it

How did Theo meet their patron? Was it an Opened The Wrong Book situation, or dream visitation, ooor other? Does his patron have anything to do with his decision to explore the dungeon, or is its horniness vs the wizard's purely coincidental? (haven't read Spectre yet, sorry if some of these are answered therein!)
Theo sought out their patron! They specifically wanted to find an entity that no one else would be able to notice, because (as you learn in the comic) they were failing at their studies. Everyone thinks Theo is a wizard, but they’re really a warlock. (By DND rules a wizard is able to perform magic through study, and a warlock can only perform magic by making a deal with a demon or god or whatever else will agree to sponsor them). They went into the dungeon because their patron demanded they defeat the Wizard for it. I’ll say no more on that yet. Spoilers for future comics 😘

Is there a specific place, that Apple serves, as a druid? Or a season or terrain that she favors? From art with another satyr, I gather that she wasn't totally isolated before going adventuring hee hee
The next DofD is gonna be about faun lore... but I will tell you some stuff :•) all fauns are druids by default, but their society is very hippy, chase your bliss free love etc, so they don’t really care if someone wants to pursue other options. Apple left her home grove pretty young to go live in the city and learn about high society, which is why she’s still so shy about sex. But mating season is coming up and she’s gonna go into heat sooon 🤭.
Also, she favours spring, meadows and woodland :)

OH another thing abt ghost sex thats fun is that if a ghost can float n carry the mortal it can lead to a lot of silly/fun positions! you can get really creative with how a ghost carries a partner. could be tentacles could just be magic floating.
AND. temperature play is situational but some ghosts in media are either cold cuz of the undead or hot cuz of hell. so emphasizing the contrasting feelings of that temperature & the incorporeal nature of a ghost phasing through skin would be awesome to highlight.

for the sex with a ghost question… unsure if itll fit your guys but i am suchhh a sucker for possession sex. where the ghost is “inside” the host and is controlling their body to do stuff and they can both feel it but only the ghost is in control. other version of this is just partial possession where the ghost controls just a hand or smth to help relieve the body.
