'Scientific approach'? What is that? How does that work?

The Scientific Method? That's kind of being tried. Though it seems like people trying it have trouble going back and assessing what does and doesn't work. Instead, they seem to be just pushing whatever feels good to them.

Though to be fair, it's not a constant thing exactly, like natural properties. Terrorists are working against their adversaries. If something does work, they usually find a way to counter it.

education, i don't think there's another way, it's long to explain; make people speak with different people from themselves, have experiences, interact with other traditions

Beliefs must provide sufficient evidence before it can considered a doctrine or religion?

Science has it that terror, heated wars, criminal outbreak and such are almost always triggered by a huge number of young men in a given population who have neither perspective nor goal, neither jobs nor future. Any political system therefore has to make sure that that group stays in proportion and is always in balance.

Things greater than Science need to do the job. An Age of love and wisdom.
