It's a much greater illusion and totally beyond me how people can think that democrats, the democrats of today Merkel, Obama etc. are so much better than Republicans. It's fucking insane. But yeah, enjoy the feeling of believing you are a Jedi and not a Sith.

Black Republicans are a very select demo. If you look at party demographics it's really only Hispanics that vote Republican in significant numbers. Which I really don't get, it's like Jews voting for Hitler in 1940's Germany.

Dirty little secret - liberals are that way too, they just mastered flowery language to conceal it - you will not see Joe Biden in Harlem unless it's to grovel at a rib joint before an election, and you will not see a black person nationally who was not 'approved' by the white liberal establishment - see Kamala Harris and Barack Obama, and any who is not 'approved' will be dismissed, undermined, and crushed (see people like Nina Turner and Cornell West) , because that is totally how democracy is supposed to work
