Approximately what temperature is consider 'hot weather' where you are from? (i.e. 25 degree celsius)

99°F is when you're allowed to say "Man, it's hot out there" and no one will respond, "FEELS GOOD TO ME!!" but I stg, if it's a single degree cooler you can lightly complain and someone will say, "FEELS GOOD TO ME!!" All right, Mary-Kate. I guess microwaved lava would feel good to you, too.

If it gets higher than say 27° C people start getting uncomfortable around here as most of our homes in this area don’t have AC.

25 degrees is considered "summer" while anything above 30 something is considered too hot.
