What's the best way to cope with noisy thoughts in your head?
I believe everyone has their own way to cope with noisy thoughts in their head, and for me, I usually try several ways like; trying to write everything in my journal and probably that’s the reason why I have multiple journals for different purposes because sometimes the noise becomes too loud. I also do meditation and workout, mostly doing Pilates every morning even tho for just five minutes while listening to some calming playlists of songs or podcasts. It helps for a moment. I believe, whatever it is, it’s just my mind struggling with myself.
