Question have you ever filed a police report against a neighbor? I want to but I'm unsure. I've let so much go but now I'm worried if I do that'll make things worse.

Yes, we have. We let things go until one day we were no longer feeling safe in our own house. Now we have a restraining order and an official record of the disturbing events. Not sure if it will be helpful once things escalate again, but it’s good to have a record of things?? I guess ?
