For hot coffee: I use the moka pot. Fill the lower level with boiled water, fill the filter with ground medium roast coffee, screw it all together, put it on the stove, wait for it to boil over into the upper pot. Pour in mug and enjoy. For iced coffee: fill glass with ice, pour cold brew concentrate, pour heavy whipping cream, stir, and enjoy.
