i try to look put together on most days, at least, since it oddly makes me more productive (why waste an outfit on a boring day?)
my goal in my outfits is to look tidy and unapproachable for maximum peace
i worry a lot about how people perceive me with certain outfits or hair styles. I don't usually go out of my way to try new things, ( other aesthetics or etcetera ) instead, I try to uplift whatever I'm wearing to make myself feel better. my fashion sense comes from y2k / gothic subgenre so I generally try to appeal to them (^β§^)
it warms my heart when people compliment and acknowledge the look I'm going for !
No. I don't need to.
I don't try hard at all. I just pick a shirt and pair of pants at random in the morning and run with it, and occasionally put on my Starfleet badge as well. Even on special occasions, my parents or some other authority figure usually have to force me to dress up despite my protests. When I'm buying clothes, I sometimes go for things that look "nicer" or different or represent a special interest, and I have considered experimenting with dressing more feminine, but to care about how I look beyond that would add unnecessary stress to my life. I already have enough of that.
I try to an extent. Of course, I always want to look nice, however if I'm only going out for.. say, a walk, then I'll tone it down. Only a little.
Pretty much so, im scared of people perceiving me as outdated in fashion
yes i do cuz i like looking good
