Have a used spray-pump bottle in your car filled with dish washing detergent, water and alcohol. 20% alc will do. Spray on window when ice has formed. Buy yourself a window cover with an aluminum coating to put on the windows . That prevents ice forming while having the car parked.

I guess you cannot use a garage? Cause this helps dremendosli. I don't have another idea.
