How do you think it feels like to have COVID?

For me it was like being tired all the time with some minor sore throat. And I couldn't sleep properly for a night or two.

it varies from person to person. some people recover OK. some people have lingering effects (no returning sense of smell/taste, easily fatigued, reduced ability to breath). the most extreme case i've heard of was someone developing psychosis as a result of lingering inflammation in the brain.

It differs from person to person. All my family had it. Me and my oldest niece are the healthiest so it was basically like a glorified flu for us. Brother and sister in law were a little worse but still managed to recover at home. Mum and dad both had to go into hospital and luckily they’re still here with us, but it was a worrying time and we came very close to losing them both. Dad is still recovery and he also has diabetes now from the steroids they were giving him in hospital.

So basically it’s shit
