What's anger?

Seeing red. Logical part of brain getting locked out. No regard for consequences.

A natural emotion that discharges disharmony when expressed with love rather than spite. I think it's an intense, immediate and adverse reaction to being mistreated (or to the perception of having been mistreated).

It is the mental and hormone based preparation for a physical fight. It is controlled by the Cerebellum which as a very old part of the brain is beyond conscious control. Which means we get angry all the time and can only avoid to kill people but not switch off anger.
