How do you deal with loneliness when it creeps in?

Express the loneliness. Either by write it down, or just to talk to myself about how lonely i am. Or just to walk outside, tune my favorite artists’ songs and have small work out to shut the loneliness out. Last but not least.. talk to my catto. ㅋㅋ ㅠㅠ

I'll try to convince myself that I'm doing fine by myself, and this 'loneliness' feeling might just be in my mind. Because I know I have people who care about me, who love me, even if they don't show it everyday everytime. Maybe also distract myself by doing things that I like!

Usually I will force myself to be busy doing things, especially things I like or even trying new things. Also, interact with friends. This really helped me.

I let it embrace me for a bit before I go out and send it home, somewhere that isn't with me.

Don’t hesitate to reach out to friends, family members, or even online communities. Sometimes, a simple conversation can alleviate loneliness. Pursue activities you enjoy, explore new interests or anything that brings you joy.

Interesting question. I usually don't feel that way since I'm quite occupied, so what's left to do at night is to somehow deal with the exhaustion that comes after. But do whatever helps you. Listening to music, watching series, talking to your friends. If it helps, it helps.
