yes. literally my whole job is doing shit I'm uncomfortable with and where have no idea wtf is happening, if I'm doing it right, etc. I have little support/mentorship for it so it's very stupid and I'd like to leave

Given its a pretty new job for me, kinda. I'm certainly adding value though - I just have to hope they can interpret that.

There are experiences I have not yet had, so sure, but there are too experiences that I do not want. So being unexperienced in firing people on a daily basis is good for me and doesn't hold an account of being inapt.
