Anyone have some tips to eat more veggies? I just really didn't enjoy them but wanna try to live healthier next year.
Menambahkan veggies ke daily meal kamuu. Misal kamu bikin crochet kentang, bikin bubur wortel atau bayam, minum jus sayur itu bagus untuk kesehatan, smoothies, sup, salad sayur. Oya kalau suka mi instan coba tambahin topping bayam.
