Anyone have some tips to eat more veggies? I just really didn't enjoy them but wanna try to live healthier next year.

Kalau aku, aku makannya salad roll! Jadi, I don’t get any chance to be picky over the food, karena udah dijadiin satu di roll itu. Terus kan, enak ada dressingnya.

Slide them into your sandwiches. Start out by adding a few veggies in there and gradually increase the quantity. Might you’ll be surprised at the amount of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers you can put in you sandwich before they become too overpowering!

Try with the ones you find less ‘scary’ at first. Nanti modelnya ditambah jenisnya every after few days.

Coba tambahin sayur ke makanan sehari-hari yang kamu sukain, atau bisa juga dibuat sup yang seger gitu.

Menambahkan veggies ke daily meal kamuu. Misal kamu bikin crochet kentang, bikin bubur wortel atau bayam, minum jus sayur itu bagus untuk kesehatan, smoothies, sup, salad sayur. Oya kalau suka mi instan coba tambahin topping bayam.
