It's time for another Sean's Poetry Corner - write a limerick. Bonus points for any mythical beast references

I’ve been at this for an hour!

There was a young woman called Betty/who thought she was terribly pretty/When she had a good look/at the selfie she took/she squealed, “I look just like a Yeti!”

There was a old man called Pops/with one big eye like a Cyclops/ Wherever he’d go /he’d scare people so/ they’d threatened to call in the cops.

There was a young man called Ned/who decided to clean out his shed/inside was a gryphon/Ned’s penis did stiffen/‘twas later that spring that they wed.

There was a young man called Binks/who had an inebriate sphinx/his neighbours were iffy/cos when it was squiffy/it’d break in and pee in their sinks.

There was a young lady called Sue/who drew vulgar cartoons in the loo/as she took out her Sharpie/so up popped a harpy/her bowels moved before they were due.
