You're stopped at a traffic light. It turns green. The car in front of you should be moving, but isn't. How long do you wait before you give 'em the horn?

I’d wait a good five seconds. I’m never in that much of a hurry, and that extra fee seconds on my journey isn’t going to make much of a difference anyway.
