One-Mississippi, two-Mississippi, three-Mississippi... [Continuous horn sound]

Not immediately, people on the road are way too aggressive, and they act like every second of time they lose during transit is a matter of life and death. No patience whatsoever. It's ridiculous. I'd give them a few seconds just to give them a break, and if they don't move in, say, 6 seconds then I'd tap the horn lightly.

5-7 seconds

I'm a bitch... it's almost immediate

5 seconds. Unless, I’m in a hurry, then it’s like .03 seconds.

Normally a few seconds, except at this intersection at my workplace where the left turn arrow literally lasts 5 seconds. Here, my hand is on the horn the moment it turns green in case the car in front doesn’t immediately move.
