First, she wouldn't have a Legendary she'd have a Mythical!! And I haven't played pokemas and I knowwww Lear already has Hoopa but tbh,,, Mel and Hoopa would do an amazing pair because I said so and the pokemon is very very cool.

Omg I love this question because I've shitposted about Rocket having a mandatory rule for everyone to dress up during Halloween EVEN if she dislikes to.
She usually wears anything fluffy; Mareep, Whimsicott, Wooloo, and so on so I'm trying to think which one she'll choose this year,,, >:)

When I often play with picrews, I give her small buns, like those... twin buns? Still with part of the hair down!! Other than that I thiiiiiiiink that straight hair would look hot on her, however I'd see her as Alma Coin from The Hunger Games for a reason??? sdhfkj crazy

I don't have the heart to go Singleship with my OCs hahaha. It's interesting to see the different interactions, reactions and how the story would or not would be changed depending on the other chara.
However, the Rule for multiship is keeping everything in its own universe, after all. Cheating? Jealousy? Involving someone else's chara? Not really happening.
Whether you want to call it "canon" or not it's really up to how one interprets it, I believe. But I also think that it's kinda part of the responsibility and respect each writer/creator has with their partners and vice-versa. If the other part is ok with me having 10 different canon ships, I will also be okay with them doing the same.

Now the truth is that she hasn't committed /that many/ crimes if we think about it? Like, yeah, the Interpol file is clear -it doesn't exist. So she hasn't done anything...
Except:
Blackmailing, extortion, espionage, assault, manslaughter, robbery and duplication of important, confidential and secretive Government AND Pokemon League Committee files.
(The counterfeit merch production is not in her history tho.)

I'd say a 3. It definitely stings her but nothing that a bunch of work can fix.

For all my art friends... qn for you: how do you feel about constructive critisism? Is it always welcome?
In Art school we learned to take and give constructive criticism only when it's ASKED for. I feel like it's a skill that has to be trained and learned and no one really talks about it because since most consider our works as /personal/ pieces, sometimes any form of opinion or criticism is taken as a direct attack or judgement on ourselves.
Going back to the question, again, if one ASKS for it is okay. On the other hand, if the person wants to give it, they have to offer and continue if the author gives them permission to. If not, pls just shut the up.
Unwanted opinions will never be welcome, of course.

Do not. DO NOT approach people if they unfollowed or blocked you. Just let it go and move on. It doesn't show the best of you since it's a reaction you have when you're not thinking clearly and it may bring worse consequences in the end.
Just ignore, unfollow or block back and continue with your content.

How long has Mel been in Team Rocket :o?
Since she was 20!! She didn't join as a kid or a teenager. During her college days she worked as a freelance photographer and /things happened where she got involved with them/ so there were already connections and chances for her to join. Although, it took her a time to do it, and it only was out of desperation.

Oh, that's an amazing question because she literally spends her free time writing or researching papers for her alma mater. If not, she's either on a walk around taking photos, practices piano or takes care of her orchids...
There aren't many things she does in her free time, as she uses the time to simply learn more things as well...
