What's the most out of shape you've ever been and what's been your peak physique? Which did you go from and how?
I played football and I was pretty built and that was the peak, then I was hurt and stopped playing but kept eating 4000 calories a day so I blew right up and I think I got to 230 or so (about 40-50 lbs over my playing weight) and now I'm back to 190 these days
