What if we were to remove all laws and legal consequences? Would we develop a sense of justice and fairness on our own?

With the aid of technology, terrible people capable of doing terrible things would lead us to the end of civilization. [Or maybe human extinction. who know ...?]

Most people would be kind enough and fair, but nobody would be safe be cause of the people who wouldn't be.

Yeah, in the sense that new laws and legal consequences would eventually be re-written - it's just practical human nature. Nobody wants to spend their life trying to fend off roving bandits and shit

Not everywhere on this planet. Many people would murder others if they "know" that there are no consequences.
