I think trying to achieve happiness isn't a good goal in life. What could be a good goal instead?

Objectives need to be S.M.A.R.T: Specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-based. Achieving happiness doesn't seem to meet that. Perhaps... completing a game you enjoy this weekend would do it?

Not making too much of a mess with other peoples emotions. Not being too much of a selfish cunt. These are recommendations I would give to some of the people I know. I'm a cunt too but only in retaliation. I have a fundamental generosity.

If you think that trying to achieve happiness isn't noble enough then strive to be useful to others?

Though I think that the striving to be happy is at the center of all of our endeavors in life..
