how do you guys fixing your sleep schedule when it get messed up? 😢

Kalo gua cil, mau sengantuk apapun, i’d avoid taking naps in the afternoon, terus taruh hp di jam 10. lntinya jangan spend too much time on the phone, it's better to watch something on tv until your eyes get tired

sejam sebelum jam tidur aku bakal stop main hp, terus pindah baca buku atau ngelakuin apapun yg boring. Terus banyakin minum yang hangat sih
