Every year, I've to always deal with problems that strained my sanity yet, despite it all, I'm proud of myself for having the strength to continue holding onto hope, and this year, I'm proud for allowing myself to feel and express my emotions, and for having the courage to speak my truth. Though I failed to protrct those special to me from harm, I'm proud of myself for simply able to carry on. Good job, me.
