my 2023 was a rollercoaster ride with ups and downs. there were loads of happiness and sadness but i'm going to give props to myself for making it through. thank you so much, sora.. 2023 really taught me what it means to fight, find joy in others' happiness and gracefully let go. i hope this year 2024 i can be a better, healthier, happier person this year and make some awesome new friends and i promise not to hurt myself again. everything will feel painful if i keep dwelling on my past sorrows i hope this year i can also move forward and leave behind all the sadness and regrets from the past.. pat-pat for myself! 🫳🏻 i did my best in my own way. <3

Every year, I've to always deal with problems that strained my sanity yet, despite it all, I'm proud of myself for having the strength to continue holding onto hope, and this year, I'm proud for allowing myself to feel and express my emotions, and for having the courage to speak my truth. Though I failed to protrct those special to me from harm, I'm proud of myself for simply able to carry on. Good job, me.
i know you're doing the best you can. i hope even in the midst of every difficulty or chaos you're committing yourself to be more gantle with yourself. Remember that life can get so dark and you can feel so lost but also remember it can get better. Nothing is forever. Just keep going because things change and time heals. Your feeling are valid and real, dont let anybody denounce them. These feelings doesnt make you weak but they make you stronger. When you're not feeling good enough, just try your best to remind yourself how far you have come. I hope things are changing for you and you're starting to see the purpose in all that you've been through
