I'm definitely the type of person who cares and supports others with mental health issues, but I also recognize that there are limits to what I can handle. I'm willing to be there for someone, but I believe it's crucial to involve professionals when the situation becomes too overwhelming.

I usually take a moment to breathe, journal my feelings, or talk it out with someone I trust. Sometimes a good playlist or a walk helps too.

When loneliness hits, I usually reach out to my gal pals, dive into favorite hobbies, or indulge in things that simply make my heart happy

My New Year's resolution is basically the same as my Monday morning resolution: eat healthy. Wish me luck!
