I currently feeling the same thing as what you talk about.. i don't really know how to deal it permanently, but if it comes to something that i really want— i tend to count to three, when its already on three i force myself to do it. It goes well to me but it's not changing anything in permanent. Some says going out and talk with friends could able to cure it, i haven't tried it but i think it is a good idea.
