Iya, pernah. Apalagi di dunia kesehatan. Sering sekali mikir. Kok aku bodoh banget ya? Apa bisa jadi dokter yang baik kedepannya. Cara buat berhenti mikirin itu? Kayaknya rasa itu bakal tetep ada seumur hidup. Biasanya aku bakal mikir aja. Cara agar aku ga kecewa sama diri sendri lagi gimana.
I did. Usually when i didn't reach what i want or i feel i haven't done my best yet. The first step i've always do is accept my feeling (not denial). Then, feel the emotion, cry or screaming as long as i don't hurt anyone. Last, heal. It is normal to feel dissappointed to ourself, we can't be always perfect tho.
