Whoa, there cowboy! You’ve opened a whole can of worms. So many questions to be answered first. Am I eating it by itself? If not, what am I eating it with? Am I making a sandwich? Is it being toasted? What time of day is it? Bread is very, very important. I need to have the right type for the right situation. Recently, I had a rye sourdough with treacle (molasses) in it. It wasn’t unpleasant.

Idk, honey wheat? Hawaiian rolls? Raisin bread?

There is one no favorite, different breads are best for different applications
