I think we need to start looking into making laws regarding them. I know there’s a big movement to try and make deepfakes illegal. It’s messed up imo. And the developments into AI will change a lot of industries. I don’t want to have new music performed by AI versions of dead artists, I don’t want new music sung by them. That’s disrespectful. They aren’t here to say that’s ok. And it will happen with current artists too. They’ll start paying them just for a few sound bites and make the music without them. I’m sure this idea will transfer over to other industries. I like human contact and connection. Yeah AI will probably make great contributions to the medical world but it will also make a lot of other industries become even more greedy than they already are.
