Did they kill them? In this country cops fired exactly 378 rounds last year. And each round has been investigated and there are records about the who, where, when fired. A police officer has to report any shooting and it is investigated by the justice system if that officer was right to do so and if shooting was justified. If it was just like that case the police officers would likely end in jail.
