any computer connected to other computers has vulnerabilities of unauthorized access, the question is, how long would it take/how difficult is it to breach, and is that time/effort worth the risk of being caught seeking whatever it is you're after

I doubt that Bloomberg has own statistical data. I guess they simply get it from national statistical data agencies? Which are often accessible by everybody, but "everybody" lacks the knowledge to understand that data and make correct conclusions based upon them..
