Do you believe in the phrase “time heals”?

no. meski sudah belasan tahun, saya masih sakit hati. hanya saja, sudah bisa bersikap bodo amat ketika bertemu dengan orangnya.

Honestly, I don't believe in the concept of 'time heals'. To me, no matter how much time passes, if I can't make peace with my self, the wounds won't truly heal.

so-so... tapi waktu tuh malah buat kita jadi terbiasa aja ga sih? walaupun sebenernya ga completely heal everything.

Although time is not exactly a healer, it can have healing purposes. Wounds can heal if we really have strong intention to forget them, depending on the person it can be short or long.

Not really sih. Lebih percaya ke waktu yg membiasakan kita dengan keadaan yang kita jalani sekarang, yg menyembuhkan tetep diri kita sendiri, entah seiring waktu berjalan kita benar-benar sembuh atau hanya melupakan.

i don’t think i am, cause when it hurts it hurts alot. even you burry those pain, its still there, waiting for another trigger to come.

Absolutely, I do believe in the phrase "time heals." It may not always feel like it in the moment, but with time, wounds do tend to mend and things do get better.

fifty fifty. kalo dibilang heals sih ya bisa jadi, tapi aku prefer bilangnya forgets. kalo udah lama, lupa, akhirnya jadi ga keinget lagi dan bisa move on

No time does not heals wounds, it may blur memories. But if you have something traumatic it won't be forgotten rather easily like not all things are fleeting, there are some that is profound.
