In my case.. I don't think I will ever rely to the butterflies in my stomach that heavily now because apparently they often proved me wrong the past year. So maybe the wise answer would be.. when I feel my utmost comfort with their presence, when they can make me feel that I don't have to be afraid to let down my guard and the walls around me for them, when I don't have to play pretend all the time, and when I know they're not gonna abandon me like all the others.
