Just got my heart broken by someone, guys. They said they want me but their acts and behaviors all said the otherwise. It got me feeling nauseous, even. Any suggestion to what should I do to help me distract myself? I usually have my own way to distract me, which is watching movie and reading books. But this time, I need to do something new. Share me some ideas?

For me, a distraction that works like a miracle is working out. You can start small, like running or doing those beginner friendly workout videos on YouTube. Distract your mind with that burning feeling in your body, and not the one in your heart. Don't forget to drink a lot of water and eat hearty meals too. I hope it can help.
