How would you feel if this was a work colleague or you were the employer?

I've worked with guys who think there's a white genocide happening, so it wouldn't be too bad at all.
But "act like a baby at work" to what extent? There are several reasons babies don't have jobs, and imo? They're all good reasons. Like a baby cannot count down the till. Babies are easily distracted by jingly keys. But I'm pretty sure that if babies did have jobs, they'd wear pants. Like why would a baby be able to do a job and still not understand the importance of pants in the workplace? A baby that can work is a baby that can grasp the concept of wearing pants. Frankly the character of "workplace baby" just does not sound consistent. A baby with a job is a baby that's a genius, he's gonna wear pants, and frankly? He's probably going to be potty-trained.
