How would you feel if this was a work colleague or you were the employer?

As a colleague I might think it's kinda funny or at least weird, but I wouldn't ridicule him over it. As an employer.. I dunno. It's not so much the look but the fact that someone who wants to wear that all day (especially at work!?) might be a bit flaky in some way. I guess also it's the look, because it might cause a lot of unwanted workplace drama. And if customers can see him then it might give them a bad impression of the company. I don't necessarily think it should give a bad impression, but you have to be practical.
I've worked with guys who think there's a white genocide happening, so it wouldn't be too bad at all.
But "act like a baby at work" to what extent? There are several reasons babies don't have jobs, and imo? They're all good reasons. Like a baby cannot count down the till. Babies are easily distracted by jingly keys. But I'm pretty sure that if babies did have jobs, they'd wear pants. Like why would a baby be able to do a job and still not understand the importance of pants in the workplace? A baby that can work is a baby that can grasp the concept of wearing pants. Frankly the character of "workplace baby" just does not sound consistent. A baby with a job is a baby that's a genius, he's gonna wear pants, and frankly? He's probably going to be potty-trained.
Nobody is more anti-pants than I, If he did his job and wasn't a pain in the ass to work with I wouldn't care TBH, as an employer I would let anybody who could work from home anyway so whatever...if he had to be in the office I would have to insist he wear something over it, even babies wear clothing
