No, I see new year's resolutions as something like groupthink, since new year's is just another day, just numbers on a calendar, arbitrary demarcations.. if there were something I wanted to do I could have made a resolution at any time. I've never made a new year's resolution in my life, that I remember.

Also, I read sometime last year that new year's resolutions are ineffectivevat best, I think the study actually found they're detrimental, I don't remember why, maybe it was because people make too lofty of resolutions and then just give them up wholesale instead of just doing a little bit like they would have..

I I hope you have a good year too. don’t hae any resolution, as I’m not a fan of the concept. I prefer to try better myself whithout a yearly schedule.
