Hi! I'm thinking of writing a fic that's gonna be hyvne and flx, kind of like a college au type of thing, I was wondering how I would work on starting it😭😭 I'm absolutely stuck, like I know what I want the story to be, I know what I want the overall plot to be, but I have no clue how to start it, any tips would help!
Oh G0d I have no helpful advice 😭 beginnings are usually the easiest for me I just dive in - the first scene is usually the first thing I have in my head so it's easy to start
Unless you meant tips about prepping/organizing things before writing then I def have nothing cause I don't plan before writing lol my advice is always just WRITE just go for it and start you don't need to outline and do character sheets and maps and shit like some people say, you can just start writing!!

mnh - something spicy like cloves or nutmeg
chngbn - mint
hynjn - lemon/citrus/fresh fruit of some sort
jsvng - woods, pine, balsam
lx - those bitchass bath and bodyworks candles that are like 'crisp air" and "waves" and "sunshine" and those scents that are totally not scents but are somehow scents
sngmn - something warm like chocolate or maybe even smoky/fire
jngn - floral but not like sweet floral more like fresh cut grass and trees blooming type of floral

Omg do I seem like that?? I have no idea haha I feel like it's cause when I joined a lot of people followed me cause they knew who I was so I got a LOT of moots all at once - i didnt really do anything. But tbh I only talk to maybe 3 people in my dms regularly?? People come in to scream about fics and such but actual FRIEND friends who I talk to every day and chat about things that aren't fics I only have like 3 haha

WAAHH I can't believe FTW is almost over! I cannot put into words how much I love it like I have literally stayed up till 3AM for chapters (multiple times!) cause I love it so much, and I have never done that with a fic before
What is your normal writing process out of interest (Like if you draft it then edit, or if you draft then rewrite, or just go in one go, and also like any thing you do or get while writing like getting a snack)

oof me talking about my writing process has caused some drama in the past lol BUUUT I don't plan anything - I usually go in with a vague idea (wolf king chn/faerie flx, cheerleader jsvng, based on xxx show or book, etc) and then I literally just wing it. I stg I get possessed by some sort of writing demon and just clicky clack and have a chapter. I usually reread it over and then post it pretty much immediately - I hardly edit and I almost never have a beta reader (I had my first ever BR for FTW actually!! and she was amazing and is one of my close friends now). This is just personally how I work and how my brain works and it's what's let me write ya know a 70k fic in a week and a 150k fic in a month lol
and when I write i always drink a doctor pepper cause i'm addicted to them frfr, my dog is usually cuddled up next to me, and I either watch 4nimcal cr0ssing str3ams or listen to music :)

I laugh a little at all of the responses to your fic because tbh I’m one of them where I’m frustrated with like everyone in the fic too 😂 but not in a bad way! I’m invested and enjoying myself
I think for ftw it’s a lot more prevalent because (to me) lix has felt….so alone the whole time that it’s hard to not get defensive over him when someone (accidentally, but still) causes him to get the brunt of the blame for something….most of my beef with your characters is that I get frustrated w them but then I also UNDERSTAND on some level and isn’t that just, annoying (lighthearted, positive) 😂 like I just want to be mad at them lol
honestly that's so fair I totally understand being frustrated with literally ALL of the characters i don't understand HATING them for one thing they've done yk? i feel like people don't want fanfic characters to be dynamic, which is so boring imo when everyone is so perfect and GOOD. But don't worry, we're gonna hopefully all be.... if not happy then satisfied by the end of this :)

Just don’t make the ending sad🥹 I want lixxie to get his revenge from the bad treatment he got since the beginning 🧍🏻♀️🧍🏻♀️ at least if he didn’t revenge then make the wolves regret every single moment they treated him badly -skz included🫠 maybe except chan since he was supportive since the beginning- I’m still mad at jisung for his unresponsible behavior a few chapters ago 🤨🤨 he didn’t even apologized to felix
