My sleep schedule is messed up so I'm awake all night. So every night I spend 7-8 hours alone, when everyone else is asleep. I play video games, listen to music, watch youtube or netflix, retrospring, browse the web, read (occasionally). I also drink five nights a week - it's not healthy but it helps pass the time.

Pretty much daily since I live alone. I don't know, I do the same stuff everybody else does, only no one is there to jack the thermostat up to 88 degrees :-P

Increasingly more often. Decompress, and stop thinking about things.
