What do you usually do when you feel like everything is suffocating?

HAHAHAHAJAHAHAHAHAH. Tidur. Kalau gak tidur ya kabur dulu keliling kota di malam hari berkedok isi bensin, karena biasanya (kalau aku) kelamaan di rumah doang juga bikin sumpek dan rasanya tuh gak tahan, jadi lebih baik dientengin dengan cara jalan-jalan. Tapi paling sering ialah tidur, tapi tidur siang. GaK TAU KENALA TIDUR SIANG TUH LEBIH ENAKKKKK. Deon kalau ada apa-apa bisa cerita ke aku ya, P aja dm aku.
When everything feels suffocating, it's important to prioritize self-care and find healthy ways to cope with stress. Remember, it's okay to ask for help and prioritize your well-being. You don't have to go through difficult times alone.
When I feel suffocated, I take a break from technology (like social media) and take some deep breaths. I also find exercise helpful, whether it's going for a walk or jog. But for times when I don't have a lot of energy, I turn to activities I enjoy, like baking, cooking, or writing. These creative outlets help me refocus and clear my mind
journaling.. or maybe I just sleep. 😴
