What do you usually do when you feel like everything is suffocating?

I would shut down (be still and as quiet as I can), blast off my favourite music, and read something. If I get to spend some time outside, I would just sit at one corner of a park and play my favourite lo-fi playlist! How do you cope whenever you're facing the same situation, Deon?

Just sleep, I guess? If I have more energy, I’m likely to go for a walk, go to the beach alone or to the river so that the atmosphere makes me feel calm. Anw, if there’s anything you can go to me! We don’t know each other well yet, but maybe I can help you feel a lil bit calm ;>

HAHAHAHAJAHAHAHAHAH. Tidur.

When I feel suffocated, I take a break from social media and take some deep breaths. But for times when I don't have a lot of energy, I turn to activities I enjoy, like drawing, cooking, and editing.

When everything feels suffocating, it's important to prioritize self-care and find healthy ways to cope with stress. Remember, it's okay to ask for help and prioritize your well-being. You don't have to go through difficult times alone.

When I feel suffocated, I take a break from technology (like social media) and take some deep breaths. I also find exercise helpful, whether it's going for a walk or jog. But for times when I don't have a lot of energy, I turn to activities I enjoy, like baking, cooking, or writing. These creative outlets help me refocus and clear my mind
