If I don't know what day it is, the whole concept of 'what day is it' evaporates from my brain

i feel like im very rarely in a situation where i dont know what day of the week it is tbh. day of the month? year? yeah i forget that shit all the time. but work schedule means i usually at least know the day
although sometimes ill wake up in a panic thinking im late for work and itll take me a minute to remember its a weekend, so idk monday maybe?
