Do you have any tips on how to REMAIN a talkative person in a social setting? It feels like I can only stay social for a short period of time before a random wave of sadness comes over and I become quite
ahh it appears we have the same conundrum anon; i’d say the first step to fixing this is figuring out where the wave of sadness is coming from. is it exhaustion from being in a social setting? frustration from the interaction itself? or maybe like nostalgia/melancholy from the moment passing/Dissociation? i know i personally struggle with the 3rd one so i try to remind myself to live in the moment/be grateful for what i have. also i don’t think going quiet for a while is necessarily a bad thing if it’s not attached to negative feelings we’re not meant to talk nonstop however it seems like it’s coming from a bad place for you so i hope you can figure this out inshaAllah and pray things get easier for you

You have many tweets that I’ve liked and that come across my feed and I didn’t even realize it was the same account until I clicked your profile today😭 and then I scrolled through your account, it’s such a warm vibe!! I like your pen and your flowers :) that’s so coincidental because I was going to go out tomorrow and get flowers just because the vase on my table has been empty for so long and pressing(?) or drying🤔 them seems so interesting so thank you for sharing your love for them :) also I’m sometimes too curious and so I read some of your rs answers, Sri Lanka is so cool and I wish to visit someday. Someone so special to me was born there and so now it’s carved in my heart as one of the coolest places ever. 🙎🏽♀️↕️ Her and I aren’t in eachothers lives anymore, but I’m always wishing her the best. Hiii anon sorry i’m late but thank you so much i’m glad you enjoy what i post :-) what flowers did you end up getting ? and i would def recommend drying /pressing them you can use them in journals or as bookmarks or on letters etc. you should also def visit srilanka it’s one of my fav places in the world and i go back pretty often so i want other people to enjoy it as much as me🤍 i hope your friend is well wherever she is and thank you again for thinking so kindly of me i hope i can be as lovely as you think i am😭 please don’t apologise for rambling i love to hear people’s thoughts so ramble whenever and hope you have a beautiful week ahead sweet sweet person

How do you find it in your heart to forgive people after they've been unnecessarily mean to you? especially when you can't or don't want to be mean back to them
forgiveness is tough especially if it’s to someone who doesn’t see/acknowledge what they’ve done wrong but i guess it’s best to look at it as you doing a favour to yourself rather than them? holding on to sadness and anger will only fester inside of you while they live on in ignorant bliss so think of it as you removing what they’ve done from your headspace. i’d also advise distancing from someone who does that consistently however i don’t know your particular situation anon. i hope you get the clarity you’re searching for with this situation and thank you for seeing me as someone you could ask advice from
